CSi Musical Solutions is a new company providing a host of music and consultancy services for musicians, bands, venues and theatre based groups.
Our work varies unpredictably from musical direction, to performance, to creating sound designs and effects to studio based recording. (Please see our services page)

Although essentially run by one person, local Music Graduate, Carl Simmonds, we also form part of a wider 'Musical Network' of musicians, bands and companies who offer a variety of services,
so in effect, we begin to form the 'Yellow Pages' of music. We like to be able to answer the question... 'Do you know anybody who...??'

Carl's musical experiences mainly come from a performance background, but technology forms a major part in the work:
"Without technology the work becomes much more time consuming and it allows us to meet deadlines and achieve a far higher standard."

Carl studied for a BA degree in Music at the Colchester Institute of Music where he achieved a 2:1 with Honours in Technology in 2003. Since then he has moved onto teaching
Music Technology A level at a local 6th form College where he completed his PGCE whilst managing and developing CSi Musical Solutions.
